Remember, Bank5 Connect will never ask for your personal information via text or unencrypted email, and we will never call you and request your account number, PIN number or debit card number. Reporting Fraud

If you notice any suspicious activity in your Bank5 Connect account, please call us immediately at 1-855-552-2655.

If you believe that your identity or financial information has been compromised, please follow these steps:

Report the suspected fraudulent activity. If it’s related to Bank5 Connect, please call us as soon as possible: 1-855-552-2655 during normal business hours or 1-800-472-3272 for 24/7 support.
Report a lost or stolen debit card. If your Bank5 Connect debit card has been compromised, call us at 1-855-552-2655 during normal business hours, or contact us at 1-800-472-3272 for 24/7 debit card support.
Report a lost or stolen credit card. If your Bank5 Connect credit card has been compromised, log into your account and click "Services" in the top menu. Then choose the "Report card lost or stolen" option under "Protect".
Place a fraud alert on your credit report. This will prevent the opening of any additional accounts in your name. Contact one of the following credit agencies:
