Bank5 is a good bank. They try to treat their customers properly. They work really hard and are very stable. They give you good updates and clearly outline what to expect. Their interest rate is acceptable.

Customer service has always been good and the products I use from Bank5 have never given me any problems. The only odd experience I had recently was when I mailed a check in to the address listed on the site. It was not showing up on my account. Eventually it did make it back to me via return to sender. I double checked the address listed on the site and it was correct. I am not sure why the postal service was unable to deliver. I just used the mobile deposit feature (you can use it for both accounts now) and it was as easy as that.
